Clément Premiére Canne

Volcanic terroir and Clément’s tropical appellation lend Première Canne its exotic bouquet and a sensational palate entry with flavors of cocoa bean, bittersweet chocolate, black tea, and unrefined sugar. The mid-palate brings elements of fresh grass and beans preceding a graceful finish with subtle notes of caramelized sugar.

Clément Rhum Blanc

Clement white rum is made from the best selection of the finest sugarcane from Habitation Clement. The sugarcane is harvested as low to the ground as possible in order to get the highest concentration of sucrose. The distillery is within view of the fields to ensure freshness.

Clément VSOP

Warm caramel, exotic spice, and dried fruit aromas lead into a soft, silky entry with a moderately off-dry body full of coconut and banana creme brulee, nut, and dried fruit flavors. Finishes with a long fade of charred sugarcane, coconut custard, peppery spices and delicate wet minerals. An elegant and exotic treat.

Duquesne Élevé Sous Bois

A full-flavored aged rhum agricole with ample dark fruit, oak and spice flavors from the intial taste through the rich, viscous, slightly sweet finish. The young character of this burnished brass-colored rum lends itself to cocktails that call for an aged Martinique rhum.

Duquesne Rhum Agricole

The grassy notes in the aroma permeate this clear rhum agricole from the initial taste through the finish. Earthy undertones in the initial taste are reinforced through the body and into the fresh cut sugar cane finish.

Depaz Blue Cane Rhum Agricole

Aged a couple of years in large oak vats the aroma has hints of spice and wood with a slight wood and citrus body. The finish, compared to other amber rhums from Martinique, is fairly short but characterized by balanced wood and sugar cane notes.

La Favorite Blanc

A beautiful albeit esoteric spirit. The interplay of grass, rubber, roasted peach, apple and green banana aromas might not be for everyone, but for those who get it, it is absolutely enchanting.

La Favorite Rhum Agricole Vieux

The nose offers scents of oaky vanilla, rum cake, holiday fruitcake, black pepper, cigar tobacco and nutmeg. The palate entry is sweet and moderately oily; the midpalate boasts flavors of butter cream, dark chocolate, cream sherry, cola, citrus, and honey. Ends on an opulent sweet caramel-like note. Dark, oak-aged rum at its finest.

Neisson Rhum Agrciole

The opening aroma is marvelously beany and grassy; later, sweetish flavors of dark caramel, chimney soot, and dark, old honey make scrumptious inhaling. The palate entry is honeyed, warm, and cocoa-like; at midpalate the grassy, weedy, cane-like taste balances the honeyed sweetness. Concludes cocoa-like, intense yet smooth, and memorably sweet.

Neisson Rhum Agricole Aged

Aged in new Limousin French oak barrels of about 250 liter capacity, Neisson Rhum Agricole 18 year old rhum embraces a rich mahogany hue with notes of spice, warm wood and dark fruit on the nose. The entry is velvet smooth with a warm mouthfeel with slightly more oak flavors than Neisson 15, cinnamon, warm wood and sugar cane leading to a warm smoky oak finish.

Rhum JM 80 proof

This lower proof version of the J.M rhum agricole blanc is bottled for consumers and bartenders that want less alcohol in their drink. The taste of fresh sugar cane comes through in the finish with a hint of spice.

Rhum JM 100 proof

A rich sugarcane flavor that has beautiful viscosity on the palate. The rich golden color is a simple result from the time it has been naturally aged in re-charred Bourbon barrels for a period of 12 months. Raw sugarcane and warm gingerbread flavors are softened by hints of vanilla and hazelnuts from this short time in oak.

Rhum JM 2003

Nose: Maple syrup, allspice, muscovado, nutmeg, tobacco leaf and some green spices and peppercorns.
Palate: Rich and dignified, more tobacco, treacle and oak. Cooked fruit too, vanilla, greengages.
Finish: Oak, nut, fruit tang and a herbaceous edge.

Rhum JM VO

Aged in a combination of new American oak and re-charred Bourbon barrels, J.M VO aged Rhum Agricole is robust and spirited. The rum greets you with a supreme balance between fresh wood, warm spice, alluring field blossoms and dried fruit. On the palate, flavors of smoke and hardwood char from the BBQ lead back to dried cloves, figs, with a glorious finish of licorice and toasted sugar.


The glorious J.M V.S.O.P. is created by aging rhum 3 years in re-charred Bourbon barrels and finishing the rhum an additional year in lightly toasted new American oak barrels and finally reduced to 43 % ABV with pure volcanic spring water from Habitation Bellevue to create an extraordinary aged rhum that retains qualities of the natural terroir and sugarcane of Habitation Bellevue. Expect to find nougaty richness with cinnamon and clove aromas, flavors of spiced butter and lemony toffee, which leads into a smooth and subtle finish.

St. George California Agricole

Nose: Apple and blackcurrant jam, strawberries with a very light drizzle of balsamic vinegar and a touch of red chili. Like the unaged rum, it's still plenty grassy too.

Palate: Sweet red grapes open the palate, but after that, it's the return of the funk! Earthy notes of wet grass develop, slowly but surely, refined in their delivery, with a touch of white pepper.

Finish: Spice and some subtly sugary hints of fruit last on the finish - it stays with you for quite a while indeed.


Avua Amburana

This delicious cachaca is aged in Amburana wood, found in the forests of Latin America. Aging in this unique wood provides warm, savory, nutty notes on the nose and palate.

Avua Balsamo

Avuá Bálsamo Cachaça is hand-crafted and aged up to two years in bálsamo wood casks, a high density, burgundy colored hardwood native to South and Central America. These tall trees with a fine grain impart a herbaceous aroma with a flavor that hints at minerality, citrus and bitterness.

Avua Jequitiba Rosa

Avuá Jequitibá Rosa Aged Cachaça Single-sourced from the hills of Carmo, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Hand-crafted and aged up to two years in a jequitibá rosa cask, a high density, dark-colored hardwood found only in central and southern Brazil. Produced in a single barrel, this jequitibá rosa aged cachaça is our third offering in a series of native wood experiments. The large vertical cask of dark, rich wood imparts a light fruity aroma with a delicate yet slightly bitter flavor.

Avua Prata

Avuá Prata Cachaça is rested in stainless steel casks before being hand bottled. The result is a lush, crisp spirit with subtle floral notes with hints of lemongrass, yeast and lime.

Avua Tapinhoa

Avuá Tapinhoã Cachaça is aged in tapinhoã wood, an extremely rare hardwood found in parts of South America. The spirit is aged in a barrel used decades ago by our distiller's father. After a lengthy recommissioning process, and up to 2 years of aging, we are proud to offer our second unique Brazilian wood offering. This wood imparts flavors of toasted coconut, fresh honeycomb, and caramel. The soft, sweet notes imparted by the wood create the perfect sipping spirit.

Leblon Cachaca

A Brazilian Cachaça made from freshly-cut sugar cane juice. Leblon is aged in French oak XO Cognac casks for up to three months, and offers a complex palate of vegetal, herbal notes.

Leblon Reserva Aged Cachaca

Produced in small batches using Alembic copper pot stills and aged in XO Cognac casks. Blended across batches for flavor complexity, body and aroma. Fresh, fruity nose with a smooth, sweet taste and creamy, citrusy vanilla finish.

Yaguara Ouro

Yaguara is an organic Brazilian cachaça made by a fifth-generation family owned producer. This is aged in a combination of three types of wood: American oak, Cabreuva and Amburana – the latter two of which are native to Brazil. This works well neat as well as in cocktails.

Novo Fogo Silver

Banana aromas followed by pleasantly floral rainforest notes that shine through the spirit. Sea salt balances the cachaca’s tropical notes, adding a savory quality and settling the overall impression to a mouth-watering sweet red pepper.

Novo Fogo Tanager

This tawny cachaça is aged in oak and araiba wood. The latter accounts for the orange hue as well as tones of earthy mocha and dried fruit on the nose and palate. Look for vibrant, mouthwatering fruit up front—juicy orange, dried cherry, dried fig and orange peel, smoothed by a fudge-tinged, drying exit.
